Things to do for Track Season
1. Start water intake daily at least 32oz per day!!!!!!!!
2. No more potato chips! You can have cheetos.
3. Cut down on the salt intake, sodas and kool-aid.
4. Replace the candy with fruit any kind.
5. Start some kind of exercising (i.e.): stretching, pushups, sit-ups and/or squats.

Documents Needed
To register your child for track with See Yaa Track Club bring the following.
1. Original and copy of B-cert
2. Any doctor care Meds
3. Any other things coach should know about your child's health.

Most of all DISCIPLINE

Talk with most any football, basketball, baseball, soccer or any other sport players and they will tell you they have some kind of track in their back ground. Track helps you in all of the other sports. Track is the only sport that can claim this.

This is just a little info for all of the parents that are new to track and/or new to the sport arena.
